Who May Attend?

AHGequip LIVE! is offered to Volunteers that are registered as a Member with AHG, Inc. If you are a parent of a girl in a Troop and are interested in attending an AHGequip LIVE! event, please contact the Troop Coordinator assigned to your Troop for Membership registration.

Who Should Attend?

AHGequip LIVE! is intended for all levels of AHG leaders, including Troop Board members, Unit Leaders, Assistant Unit Leaders, Committee Chairs, Girl Leadership Directors, etc--everyone involved in the leadership of an AHG Troop. General sessions will be valuable to all members, and breakout trainings cover a variety of topics, many relevant to each common Volunteer role.

How Many Should Attend from a Troop?

There is considerable value to multiple leaders attending from a Troop. With multiple breakout sessions running simultaneously, having four or more leaders ensures someone from the Troop can take advantage of all offerings. A trip to the Event can serve as a mini-retreat for Troop leaders, completed by opportunities for carpooling and hotel room-sharing to keep costs to a minimum.

Can I Bring My Daughter?

No, the AHGequip LIVE! Training Event is for adults only and nursing babies are welcome to attend with mother.
